Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a research subscription at any time, without giving a reason and without a penalty.

There is no lock-in, no notice period, and no cancellation charge. Cancelling stops the service; what you are owed for the time you have not used is returned under the Refund Policy.

How to cancel

Sign in to your dashboard at dwipanjithandique.in/client.
Open My plans.
Choose End this plan early on the plan you want to stop. The refund due is shown before you confirm, so you are never guessing.

If you cannot use the dashboard, email dwipanjit.researchanalyst@gmail.com with your name, the service, and the payment reference. An emailed cancellation is as valid as one made in the dashboard.

When it takes effect

From the day you make the request. You are not charged for a notice period, and the request is not held over to the end of a billing month. I acknowledge within 3 working days.

What happens after you cancel

No further research is sent to you under that plan, and no further payment is taken for it.
Access to any delivery channel for that plan, such as a Telegram channel, is withdrawn.
Any refund due for the unexpired period is calculated to the day and returned within 7 business working days — see the Refund Policy.
If you hold more than one plan, cancelling one does not affect the others.
Your client record, KYC, signed agreement and payment history are retained for at least five years, because SEBI requires it. The Privacy Policy explains this.

Cancelling within 3 working days of paying

If you cancel within 3 working days of paying and no recommendation has been issued to you or accessed by you, the fee is returned in full.

If I cancel the service

I may end a service where the agreement requires it — for example if KYC cannot be completed or maintained, if a fee ceiling set by SEBI would be breached, or if the service is misused. Where I end it, you are entitled to exactly the same proportionate refund as when you end it yourself, and I will tell you the reason in writing.

If SEBI suspends my certificate of registration for more than 60 days, or cancels it, affected services end and fees are refunded pro-rata from the effective date. You do not need to ask.

Auto-renewal

A subscription does not renew silently. Where a plan is set to renew, you are told before any renewal payment is taken and can stop it from the dashboard. If a renewal is ever taken after you cancelled, it is refunded in full.

The education course

The education course is a separate product and is not a research service. Its own terms govern cancellation of a course purchase, and nothing on this page limits your rights in respect of research services.
